With nearly 20 years in the Design industry as a Creative Director, Kristie Stark joins Artinium Inc. with a belief that great design can be achieved with the help of strong messaging and strategy as a foundation. Stark spent 15 years owning her own company, working in all aspects of the business- with roles such as art director, designer, photographer, project/office manager, and production artist. Stark serves as an expert in information design: bringing complex strategies to a targeted audience through marketing communications. Winning several design awards, Stark has always loved solving problems that begin with a challenge, ultimately requiring a deep level of understanding and attention to detail. Joining Artinium Inc. has helped her enjoy all of the benefits of working with a team- and the amazing outcomes that a group achieves as one.

Tiahnna brings many years of experience and an eye for design to Artinium, specializing in the development and creation of all web site productions. Additionally, Tiahnna works on the creation and production of Artinium’s advertisements, brand identity, brochures, etc. Tiahnna is a focused and skilled artist whose knack for design is apparent in her vast array of multimedia productions. Her knowledge of programming languages such as HTML and Flash plus knack for quality cutting edge design is key to the development and technical precision of clients web site needs and graphic design collateral.

As an innovative designer, Nikole blends her background in Studio Art: Graphic Design, with her background in Interactive Communication Technology, specifically UX design of applications and websites. At the start of college Nikole knew she was going to become a design nerd seeking education from passionate designers around the world. Design allows one to connect globally through a universal visual language. When viewing her work she wants people to think deeply about their place in a world with 8 billion people. With a high attention to detail she works with digital graphics, typography, and imagery to expose personal encounters with global issues and different cultures.
Elise Fargnoli manages all of the social media clients for Artinium. Fargnoli represents the clients on multiple social platforms- implementing strategies, content, and writing designed to both enhance and strengthen the client’s performance and appearance on their networks. With a background in brand development of art and design, Fargnoli started her own company after college (Mount Holyoke/Amherst Colleges), Francesca Joy, based on her paintings in 2010 in Palm Beach, FL. Since then, she has licensed hundreds of her designs to popular lifestyle brands in the US- including her own Sorority collection based out of Los Angeles, CA. Using social media strategies to grow her own business, Fargnoli has successfully obtained the skills to help a variety of businesses make a competitive impact in their social arena.
